WHEN NEPAL CRIES, LET THE WORLD ANSWER

Different Organizations. Different Platforms. One Purpose: Humanity.

Sometimes nature does not give us time to prepare. A normal morning becomes a nightmare. A home built over a lifetime disappears within minutes. Roads and bridges that connected communities are swept away. And somewhere, a mother waits for her child, a child searches for a parent, and a family stands silently where their home once stood.

Today, Nepal is living through one of those painful moments.

The devastating flash floods along the Nepal-China border have taken precious lives, left many people missing, displaced families, damaged homes and infrastructure, and created an urgent humanitarian need. Rescue and relief efforts continue, but for many survivors, the difficult journey will continue long after the floodwaters disappear.

Behind every number we hear in the news, there is a human story.

Someone has lost a loved one.
Someone has lost a home.
Someone has lost everything they worked for.
And someone who survived today does not know what tomorrow will bring.

This is where we come in.

Not only as Nepalis.
Not only as Lions.
Not only as members of one community, organization, country, religion or profession.

We come together simply as human beings.

In This Moment, Humanity Has Only One Logo

In this difficult time, please do not look at the banner, the logo, or the name of the organization.

Look at the people who need us.

Lions Clubs International, Nepali Lions Clubs of District 4-C3, community organizations and compassionate individuals are stepping forward to support the relief effort. But our ultimate goal should never be whose banner receives recognition.

Our goal is to help Nepal.

So please contribute through whichever trusted organization, relief fund or fundraising platform you feel most comfortable with.

Give $5 if that is what you can afford.
Give $50 if you can.
Give $500 or more  if you are blessed enough to do so.

The size of our contribution may be different, but the compassion behind it is the same.

  • If we cannot stop the flood, we can help someone survive its aftermath.
  • If we cannot rebuild an entire village, together we can help rebuild homes.
  • If we cannot take away someone’s grief, we can at least remind them that they are not standing alone.

And this appeal goes far beyond the Nepali community. To our friends across America, Asia, Europe, Australia, Africa and every corner of the world: Nepal needs you too.

Suffering does not ask for nationality before entering someone’s home. Compassion should not ask for nationality before offering a hand. Today, let borders become smaller and humanity become bigger.

Share the appeal. Contribute what you can. Encourage a friend to participate. Support a trusted relief effort. And keep the families who have lost so much in your thoughts and prayers. Because when thousands of small hands reach out together, even a devastated community can begin to rise again.

Don’t choose a logo. Choose humanity.

Don’t wait for someone else. Be the reason someone finds hope today.

Different organizations.
Different platforms.
Different countries.

One purpose. One humanity. One Nepal that needs us now.

🇳🇵 Let’s Unite. Let’s Give. Let’s Help Nepal Rise Again.

We Serve. We Care. We Stand with Nepal.
